The detection of trace-levels of contaminants and pathogens in waters or food is extremely important to assure safety conditions for the population. On-site and real-time evaluation of contaminants like pesticides, pollutants, or antibiotics is vital to manage environmental degradation and to protect the human health of the consequences. We apply our biosensor technology for the direct, label-free, and ultrasensitive detection of contaminants and other environmental pollutants in real samples, like seawater or food-derivatives.
